We respond to complaints of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. Any party claiming copyrighted material has been infringed must submit a notification identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement of authority under penalty of perjury.
Upon receipt of a valid notification, the allegedly infringing listing is removed or disabled without undue delay. Repeat infringers are permanently barred from the platform in compliance with § 512(i).
Parties whose material was removed in error may submit a counter-notice under § 512(g). Where a valid counter-notice is received, the material may be restored after ten business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
